How it Works
Sprinternships™ utilize nationwide academic breaks in January and May to provide students with an immersive real-world project experience in just three weeks. You will work full-time (40 hours per week) as an intern at a company matched by Break Through Tech. Join a team of four other Sprinterns™ from different colleges to tackle a “Challenge Project,” a real business challenge assigned by your host company designed to foster collaboration and build confidence. Depending on the host company, you will be expected to work in person, on a hybrid schedule, or fully remote. Your host company will fully onboard you into their payroll system and pay you an hourly rate they determine.
Inside the Program
Join a team of other Sprinterns™ to tackle a Challenge Project–a real business challenge assigned by your host company, designed to foster collaboration and build confidence. Hear from a Sprintern™
“I enjoyed the fact that we had the opportunity to collaborate on a real-world project that had a positive impact. Working together as a team, starting from scratch, and going through the process of building a notebook to make submissions was a great experience.”
