Allison Pirpich
Director of Career Development and Mentorship, Break Through Tech AI
Allison is an experienced career development professional who is passionate about helping students realize their full potential through career education. She takes a student-centered approach to career development that emphasizes the importance of developing both technical and soft skills to achieve career goals. Allison focuses on specialized student interests with previous experience in STEM, global, and art career paths. She began her work in STEM at Weill Cornell Medicine where she built out the career services programming for the department of Population Health Sciences as well as served as a Course Lecturer for their graduate-level Professional Development courses. Allison currently serves as a Co-Lead to the NACE STEM Affinity group for Graduate Students and Postdocs. She is excited to expand her career development experience to help and empower women to break into the tech industry.
